My Journey

My journey started in Cork, Ireland, where I earned my bachelor's degree in nutrition & health science and qualified as a Registered Nutritionist in 2022. But I realized quickly that true health isn't just about what you learn in a classroom; it's about life experience.

That realization took me to Thailand, where I worked in a detox resort helping people from all over the world transform their health and mindset. It was there I learned that nutrition isn't just fuel, it's a relationship. After a year abroad, I settled in Australia and founded Nutrition by Saoirse, turning a passion project into a global platform.

Today, I support clients worldwide - from FIFO and shift workers to busy parents - who are all striving to create sustainable lifestyles in a busy world.

I don't believe in handing you a cookie-cutter meal plan and walking away. My approach is realistic and education-based. I want to teach you how to understand your body so that nutrition fits into your life, not the other way around. There is no "I" in team, and we are in this together. I am here to coach you, support you, and share the knowledge I've gained to help you become the best version of yourself.

You will learn how to fuel your body, boost your energy and live a healthier, happier life.

"Nailing the Basics" We start by hitting the reset button on your approach. For the first two weeks, I want you to forget about calorie deficits.
We can’t build a house without the foundations, your health is much the same, so we focus entirely on your habits first.

Weeks 1-2

We focus on sleep hygiene, consistent meal prep, and creating high-protein meals that actually satisfy you. We prioritize fiber and improving upon what you are currently eating, rather than restricting it.

Weeks 3-4

Once your habits are solid, we introduce the deficit. Because you are fueled and rested, this transition feels sustainable, not starving.

"Finding Your Flow" This is where the magic happens. In Month 2, we are nailing everything. The initial shock of change is gone, and you are now operating with a new level of consistency.

Month 2
