The Foundation
“Nailing the Basics” We start by hitting the reset button on your approach. For the first two weeks, I want you to forget about calorie deficits.
We can’t build a house on shaky ground, so we focus entirely on your habits first.
Weeks 1-2
We focus on sleep hygiene, consistent meal prep, and creating high-protein meals that actually satisfy you. We prioritize fiber and improving upon what you are currently eating, rather than restricting it.
Weeks 3-4
Once your habits are solid, we introduce the deficit. Because you are fueled and rested, this transition feels sustainable, not starving.
The Rythm
“Finding Your Flow” This is where the magic happens. In Month 2, we are nailing everything. The initial shock of change is gone, and you are now operating with a new level of consistency.
Month 2
- Solidifying Meals: You’ve spent weeks learning what high-protein and high-fiber meals look like. You aren’t guessing anymore. You know what fuels you and what that should look like.
- Controlled Progress: We continue the deficit established in Week 3, but now it fits seamlessly into your life. This isn’t about white-knuckling it; it’s about proving to yourself that you can show up every single day.
The Deep Dive
“Mastering Your Body” Now that the weight is moving and the habits are set, we go deeper. This is what separates Nutrition by Saoirse from generic plans. We look at the internal health markers that keep you vibrant long-term.
Month 3
- Gut Health & Diversity: We focus on your gut microbiome and increasing your “plant points” for immunity and digestion.
- Intuitive Eating: We move away from strict tracking and start learning the “Hunger Scale”. I teach you mindful eating practices so you can trust your body’s signals again.
The Education Goal
“Moving Your Plate from level 3 to level 10” I don’t just tell you what to eat; I teach you why. My goal is to empower you so you never need a nutrition coach again.
Most plans hand you a rulebook; I teach you the game. Throughout our journey, we focus on specific educational pillars to ensure you are fueling effectively, not just cutting calories.
- Mastering Macros: We move beyond “good vs. bad” food. You will learn how to balance protein, carbs, and fats to fuel your specific lifestyle and energy needs.
- The Power of Micros: True health lives in the details. We focus on fiber, vitamins, and “eating the rainbow” to ensure you aren’t just losing weight, but gaining vitality.
- Mindset & Hunger Cues: Diet culture teaches you to ignore your body; I teach you to listen to it. We practice intuitive eating and using the hunger scale to build trust with your body again.
