Hi, I’m Saoirse! I’m a Registered Nutritionist and the founder of Nutrition by Saoirse.

My expertise is built on a global journey that took me from clinical studies in Ireland to managing holistic transformations in Thailand, and finally here to Australia.

My coaching isn’t about restrictive diets; it’s about realistic, education-based nutrition. Whether you are a busy parent or working shifts, I help you build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

Hi, I’m Saoirse. I am a Registered Nutritionist, but more importantly, I am your partner in building a healthier, happier life.

My journey started in Cork, Ireland, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree and qualified as a Registered Nutritionist in 2022. But I realized quickly that true health isn’t just about what you learn in a classroom; it’s about life experience.

That realization took me to Thailand, where I worked in a detox resort helping people from all over the world transform their health and mindset. It was there I learned that nutrition isn’t just fuel, it’s a relationship. After a year abroad, I settled in Australia and founded Nutrition by Saoirse, turning a passion project into a global platform.

Today, I support clients worldwide – from FIFO and shift workers to busy parents –  who are all striving to create sustainable lifestyles in a busy world.

I don’t believe in handing you a cookie-cutter meal plan and walking away. My approach is realistic and education-based. I want to teach you how to understand your body so that nutrition fits into your life, not the other way around.

There is no “I” in team, and we are in this together. I am here to coach you, support you, and share the knowledge I’ve gained to help you become the best version of yourself.
